La Alianza invites you to a discussion on Voter Suppression and the Latinx Vote. As we head into an unprecedented election, there have already been a number of actions taken to suppress the rights of voters. While some are unique to this election, others are not and there has been a long history behind the disenfranchisement of Latinx voters in particular.
La Alianza alumni Judge Nancy Ramirez and Campaign Legal Center Attorney Jonathan Diaz will be joining us to discuss this history as well as the active steps we can take to protect the right to vote.
