Please join the Harvard Law School Association of Los Angeles and Bentham IMF for a panel discussion of commercial litigation funding. 

A reception will take place from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., followed by the panel discussion.  Attendance is free.

David Houston, Editor of the Los Angeles Daily Journal, will moderate the panel, which will feature:

• David Gallagher (HLS 2004), Investment Manager and Legal Counsel at Bentham IMF, a commercial litigation funder 
• Byron Stier (HLS 1996), Associate Dean for Research and Professor of Law at Southwestern Law School
• Steven Garber, author of the RAND Corporation study, Alternative Litigation Financing in the United States: Issues, Knowns, and Unknowns

Parking will be validated for the lot behind the Law School on the corner of 7th Street and Wilshire Place.  Street parking is limited.
