On the eve of her wedding, a daughter’s quest to discover the identity of her father brings three men from her mother’s past back to the Greek island they last visited 20 years ago. The storytelling magic of ABBA’s timeless hits sets the scene for this infectious tale of love and frolicking fun, creating an unforgettable musical experience that will leave you dancing in the aisles!
We are especially excited to view this production at the historic downtown LA theater named after preeminent Asian American playwright, David Henry Hwang, '79. Founded in 1965, when APIs faced limited or no opportunities to see their experiences reflected outside of stereotypical and demeaning caricatures in the American landscape, East West Players ensures that API stories are told and works to increase access, inclusion, and representation in the economy.
Parking is available across the street from the David Henry Hwang Theatre at the Judge John Aiso Underground Parking Garage, located at 101 N Judge John Aiso Street. For freeway directions please follow the link: http://www.eastwestplayers.org/about-us/contact/
