If you live or work in Orange County, you have doubtless heard of Children’s Hospital of Orange County (CHOC). You’ve seen its buildings, received its mailings, and watched its commercials. You may never have had to avail yourself of its services, but if so, you know that CHOC Children's is so much more than just another medical care facility; it is the premiere health system for children in the nation. What makes CHOC even more special is the people who provide care for children and lead its teams.

CHOC is a complex business, deeply rooted in its values and its mission to nurture, advance and protect the health and well-being of children. Every CHOC team member understands that a sick or injured child can launch an entire family into crisis. With CHOC, no family is alone and no family is without hope.

But what happens when the viability of the organization, itself, is threatened? How does one take this unique culture, preserve it, ensure excellence and the highest quality of service, while breathing life into its finances? Learn from visionary CHOC president and CEO Kimberly Cripe how she led a turnaround early in her CEO tenure, and how she continues to innovate and dramatically evolve the pediatric health system while never losing sight of vulnerable children and their families whom CHOC is privileged to serve.

CHOC’s Chief Intelligence and Innovation Officer and acclaimed pediatric cardiologist, Dr. Anthony Chang, will address what CHOC is doing to lead global innovation in pediatric medical care. Through the International Society for Pediatric Innovation (ISPI), a group of more than 50 children’s hospitals worldwide, CHOC extends its influence far beyond our sunny shores. Learn what CHOC is doing in conjunction with ISPI to push the envelope, to ensure that advanced medical care allows children in Orange County and beyond to have the brightest futures possible

Join the HBSAOC for a special inside look at the Children’s Hospital of Orange County, including a rare opportunity to tour the hospital with world-class physicians and clinical leaders. Learn why CHOC is one of the nation’s most respected organizations and a true Orange County jewel. We guarantee you a night of true inspiration!!!
