Interested in a Harvard Alumni Mothers Group?
Please let us know by Friday, March 18th. We'd love to have you join us!
The Harvard Club of Southern California is considering whether to bring together Harvard alumni mothers in the Southern California region to network, provide support and share information about mother-related topics such as parenting, schools, nannies/babysitting, balancing family and careers, etc. through social events, educational talks, discussion groups and more. For example, we are thinking of creating and organizing the following:
- "Stroller Fit' events as a way for mothers to practice and build endurance for a walk/run charity event;
- Lectures on various topics such as raising a happy and healthy child, impact of mobile devices on parent/child relationships, etc.;
- An online group or email listserv that provides mothers with a network of support, information and coaching; and
- Family events such as picnics, kid museum visits, etc.
