David Garten and Paul Sherman are co-founders of What Matters?!, a coaching and training company dedicated to helping people to live their best lives. They have a combined legacy of more than 30 years serving individuals and organizations around the world including Fortune 500 businesses, large and small not-for-profits, faith and community based institutions, colleges and universities, and government agencies.
Educated at Babson College, David is a serial entrepreneur who has been involved in the start up and growth of multiple companies. He is a leader in community development at the local, state and national levels. Paul holds a degree in Psychology from Harvard and a Master’s in Education from Boston University. He has been recognized by Forbes Magazine, published in the International Journal of Coaching in Organizations, and has served as an adjunct professor developing and teaching graduate level courses in professional coaching.
