The purpose of these discussions is to share your thoughts and experiences, and explore ideas about dismantling structural racism in a space with people who have similar racial identities. Each group will be guided by two professional facilitators. During registration you will be asked to join the group that fits your racial identity, and during the discussion you will be required to keep your camera on so that you can be seen, and abide by a code of conduct to ensure a respectful and edifying experience.
