The purpose of the Visioning 2021 Workshop is to create an opportunity to step into your greatest potential in the year ahead by generating:
- CLARITY AND INTENTION: Setting a big intention in an area of focus to manifest and create your vision based upon what is “in-season” for your life, what feels true, and what is coming up for you from a place of deep yearning.
- ALIGNMENT: Connecting with a co-creative alignment with a higher power to support your intentions by creating clarity of what is next for you, what is right for you at this time in your life.
- COMMITMENT: Committing to the exact path you need to follow and receiving the support you need to fulfill your vision for 2021.
- During our VISIONING 2021 workshop, you’ll be joining me and your colleagues and supporters to get started right away and immediately make the foundational shifts that will support you to make 2021 the best year and the 20’s the best decade of your life.

Rashmi, an HGSE (IEP) graduate, is an educator, organizational strategist, and a certified transformational coach, facilitator, and leader. She has coached leaders from all over the world and is passionate about generating powerful transformations for gifted entrepreneurs and game changers who are on fire to uplevel their impact and to break through to their next level of visibility, relationships, recognition, and financial success. Rashmi is also an award-winning singer, actor, and writer and works in New York in TV, film, and theatre.
