Stevan is the Founder and Chief Executive of Bernard Global LLC. His clients include the FBI, US Department of State, Academia and companies among the Fortune 1000. His global expertise includes cybersecurity, business continuity and crisis management, risk/threat/vulnerability analysis and mitigation, investigations and forensics, medical services, leadership, environment, human resources, health and safety. He is also an advisor to Sterling.

Between 2002 and 2018 he served as Executive Vice President for global protection services (people, data, property) with Sony Pictures Entertainment. Over many months he and his team were integral in surviving a destructive cyber-attack by North Korea. Prior to Sony Stevan worked in key leadership roles with 3Com, US Robotics, Occidental (Oxy), IBP (Tyson), the Sioux City PD, as a US Army Vietnam veteran.  He has traveled and conducted business in over 50 countries.

While some of this program may be a little chilling (the North Korea attack) his approach is both candid and pragmatic.  There are many practical ways of reducing your risk and engaging the workforce in a positive way. Your goal should be one of continuous improvement.
