His global expertise includes cybersecurity, business continuity and crisis management, risk/threat/vulnerability analysis and mitigation, investigations and forensics, medical services, leadership, environment, human resources, health and safety. He is also an advisor to Sterling.

Between 2002 and 2018 he served as Executive Vice President for global protection services (people, data, property) with Sony Pictures Entertainment. While some of this program may be a little chilling (the North Korea attack) his approach is both candid and pragmatic.  There are many practical ways of reducing your risk and engaging the workforce in a positive way. Your goal should be one of continuous improvement.
