This is a Harvard Club of Southern California (HCSC) event. HCSC’s current COVID-19 policy for in-person events is as follows:

• All attendees, including children, at an HCSC in-person event must be fully vaccinated, and must present sufficient proof of vaccination consistent with CDC Guidelines: a photo ID and either physical vaccination card or a photo or other proof of the card.
• If the venue or the local city or state health authorities require masks, then mask must be worn for all attendees over the age of 2 in indoor public settings, regardless of vaccination status.
• All attendees agree to cooperate with HCSC in the event it needs to engage in contact tracing.
• All attendees agree to follow HCSC’s COVID-19 policy, as well as all applicable CDC guidance, local, state and federal orders, regulations and ordinances pertaining to health and safety at all times while at the event.
