In the past year, Artificial Intelligence has exploded onto the world business stage. Massive early adoption of Generative AI has spawned predictions that range from “the dawning of a new era of productivity” to “the end of humanity as we know it.” Cutting through the hype, Professor Marshall Toplansky (MBA 1976) will help us put Artificial Intelligence in perspective at the first HBS Leadership Breakfast of 2024, on February 14th. He will identify the key business strategies that AI will drive in the future and give us some insight on how the AI technologies will evolve
ABOUT OUR SPEAKER
Professor Toplansky is “The Innovation Professor” at Chapman’s Argyros College of Business and Economics. He is a serial entrepreneur, having founded technology firms Core Strategies and Wise Window. After having his firm acquired by KPMG, Marshall co-founded the firm’s national center of excellence for data and analytics. He joined the faculty of Chapman in 2016, and now teaches new product development, marketing analytics, internet and AI economics and the management of innovation.
