In this presentation, Ms. Lawrence will advise on specific strategies for developing productive relationships with executive recruiters and navigating through the search process as a candidate. In addition, she will share insights as to how the executive recruiting industry works and what motivates recruiters and their corporate clients. In the process, she will also cover how to avoid the most common candidate mistakes.
Tracy L. Lawrence is Managing Partner of Tracy L. Lawrence Associates, a human capital consulting firm that works with business organizations and individuals on executive search, executive assessment, coaching and organizational development. Prior to founding her company, Lawrence led the Los Angeles Consumer industry practice at Russell Reynolds Associates, one of the world’s largest executive recruiting and assessment firms. There she handled senior-level management and board of director searches and led broad scale executive assessment initiatives across the spectrum of industries.
