This workshop delves into the theory and practical application of project management, drawing on over 15 years of hands-on experience from diverse projects. Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of the Project Management Life Cycle, exploring each phase from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closing. Real-world examples will illustrate challenges and solutions encountered in managing education projects across various settings, including global, virtual, and in-person environments. By the end of this workshop, participants will feel more confident and prepared to manage both current and future projects, equipped with new skills to enhance their project management.

About the presenter:
handAnne has over fifteen years of experience in education and international development, focusing on advancing social equity and fostering well-being through effective collaboration and technology. Anne’s work incorporates digital technology, behavioral insights, and human-centered design, ensuring localized solutions meet stakeholder needs. Her background in education policy and research psychology shapes her interdisciplinary approach to project design and delivery. A lifelong learner, she has been a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) since 2018, and a certified Engagement Coach since 2023. She holds degrees from McGill University and Harvard University, and sits on the Harvard Graduate School of Education Alumni Council.
