After the L.A. Fires: Path to Home Recovery Session 2 (of 3): Your Rebuilding Team

Mike Yurochko was a victim of the Kincade Fire in Sonoma County in 2019, and founded Loti to help homeowners navigate the difficult and confusing process of rebuilding. He’ll give an expert overview about key knowledge (debris removal, depreciation), timeliness (demand surge) and community (sharing resources).

After decades as a tech, engineering and design leader (SanDisk, JP Morgan) and entrepreneur (Stringify was acquired by Comcast), Mike Yorochko set out to build Loti after going through loss and recovery in the Kincade Fire in 2019, to help people navigate the aftermath of surviving and rebuilding after wildfires.

After managing acquisition and pre-development for Kenwood Investments throughout the early 2000s, Brad Welch founded RHB Builders in 2015 to help rebuild Sonoma County during a massive rash of wildfires. Agenda includes:

Mike and Brad will be joined by Todd Najera (‘93), who himself is navigating home loss from the Eaton Fire for a brief moderated Q&A at the end.
