HCSC Book Club: Trust by Hernan Diaz
Join fellow alums for a book club located in the mid-Wilshire Beverly Grove neighborhood. We will be discussing Trust by Pulitzer Prize winning author Hernan Diaz. The book has been optioned by Kate Winslet for development into a TV series. The story is a puzzle centered on the wealth and power of a New York financier and his wife. It is told through conflicting narratives from a novel, autobiography, memoir and diary with the reader deciding what they believe the truth is. Appetizers, champagne, wine and tea will be served. Future books will be decided by attendees.
