templeVisit the Largest Buddhist Temple in the Western Hemisphere!

Come for a guided tour of the beautiful Hsi Lai Temple in Hacienda Heights, the largest Buddhist temple in the western hemisphere. Founded in 1988, its 15 hillside acres were designed in the Ming and Qing dynasty styles, with sweeping bronze-tile roofs, carved stone courtyards, bodhisattva halls, and a museum and art gallery. The visit will include a monastic-led guided tour of the grounds and lunch in the temple's dining hall, which is a traditional and delicious Chinese vegetarian buffet.
