Join us for the annual Harvard Faculty Lecturer. We are very privileged this year to have Prof. Gene M. Heyman, from the Harvard Medical School and author of Addiction: A Disorder of Choice. He will lecture on the 'Science of Addiction.' Optional Dinner

Join us for the annual Harvard Faculty Lecture. We are privileged this year to present Prof. Gene M. Heyman, a lecturer in Psychology at Harvard Medical School and author of Addiction: A Disorder of Choice (Harvard University Press). The title of his talk is "Addiction, Disease, and Choice: Resolving a Scientific and Conceptual Muddle." The lecture is free of charge.

Directions and Parking:  Please note that this is the Health Sciences Center campus of USC near the LA County General Hospital. I recommend that you park on Biggy Street ( Long term Parking meters) or at the Center Parking Garage (also on Biggy Street) for $ 8. Drive on State Street through the General Hospital, turn right on Zonal avenue, turn left into Biggy Street and you  are there. After you park, walk to the quadrangle and you have reached the Hoffman Medical Research Building and the Hastings Auditorium. For those joining us for dinner, directions will be provided at the lecture. If you have any questions, please write or call at the above instructions.
