Please join us for an Alumni Talk with Henry Fields, A.B. ’68,  Partner, Morrison & Foerster  LLP. Henry  will talk on “’The ‘Too-Big-to-Fail’ debate.”   His remarks will address how the issue was handled in the financial crisis; the legislative “fix” in Dodd-Frank; and the ongoing current debate.  Henry has practiced law for more than 40 years in the bank regulatory area, and speaks extensively about various bank regulatory topics.
