In her provocative book, How Women Can Succeed in the Workplace (Despite Having "Female Brains"), Valerie writes candidly about how she believes “female” instincts often get in the way of women's success and what she believes women can do to talk the language of success and then to walk the talk.

This topic will be useful to a broad audience given the tremendous diversity in today’s work environment across genders, ages, professional etiquettes and expectations. All are welcome.
